EXIN Co. Ltd, one of the first fully private air companies in Poland, was founded in January 1991. Initially, we have provided fire-fighting services in Portugal, leisure flights and lifting services using Mi-2 helicopters.
In Autumn 1992 we began five days a week charter flights for courier company DHL, using a L-410 aircraft with 1,3 tonnes payload.
Two years later we replaced this aircraft by a bigger An-26 with 5,5 tonnes payload and 40m3 volume.
In 1996 with our An-26 we have participated in the transport support of Granada-Dakar rally in Africa.
In 1997 we began ad hoc charter flights for different customers.
From 2001 till 2004 we have performed five days a week charter flights for second courier company TNT.
In 2006 we have performed a repetitive flights for Swedish Mail.

At present (22nd of March 2010) we employ 87 persons:
- 60 persons of licensed aviation personnel,
- 27 persons of administration,
and operate 5 owned An-26 aircraft.
Our scope of activities include repetitive charter flights for DHL.
Recently we have limited aircraft availability for ad hoc charter flights. Only single days, gaps between scheduled maintenance and repairs.

Polish Civil Aviation Office has issued us four types of authorisations:

• JAR-OPS 1 Air Operator Certificate,
• Part-145 Approval Certificate,
• Part-M Approval Certificate,
• Certificate of Flight Training Organisation.
